A dermal access device (1 ) for fluid injection with a bearing block (3) for fixation of the dermal access device (1 ) onto the skin (5) of a patient, a slider (7) movably connected to the bearing block (3) and a hollow needle (9) arranged at the slider (7) for puncturing of the skin (5), wherein the hollow needle (9) is creating a puncture angle (17) with respect to the skin surface (15) when puncturing the skin (5), which is not exceeding 25°. Furthermore, a dermal access device (1 ) for fluid injection with a bearing block (3) for fixation of the dermal access device (1 ) onto the skin (5) of a patient, a movable slider (7) connected to the bearing block (3) and a hollow needle (9) arranged at the slider (7) for puncturing of the skin (5), wherein the dermal access device (1 ) is provided with a first stop (33) for limiting a first moving direction (35) of the slider (7) at a first puncture position of the hollow needle (9), where the dermal access device (1 ) is provided with a second stop (37) at a second puncture position of the hollow needle (9), differing from the first stop (33), for limiting the second moving direction (39) of the slider(7).
