CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing oxidative stress-associated disease contains a probe or primer which specifically binds to 10-100 serial nucleotide sequences having SNP site(GenBank SNP data base, rs 1051931) having A at 401th nucleotide of sequence number 1. The kit for diagnosing oxidative stress contains an antibody or aptamer which specifically binds to an amino acid sequence having 379th amino acid which is substituted with Val. The kit is applied to Asian. The oxidative stress-associated disease is cancer, autoimmune disease, neurodegenerative disease, coronary artery disease(CAD), or cardio vascular disease(CVD).
