The device has a refrigerant cycle provided with a condenser. Heat is transferred and discharged from the condenser to environment by a secondary cooling agent (15), where the agent is circulated in a secondary cycle. The agent is heated in a heat-absorbing section (11) of the secondary cycle by admitting the heat from the condenser. The agent is cooled in a heat-emitting section (12) of the secondary cycle and again provided for admitting the heat. The secondary cycle is designed as a pipe circulating a region of a rear wall of the device.
