PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station that efficiently detects control information addressed thereto by predicting an AL that a base station sets to the mobile station. SOLUTION: The mobile station (1) decodes a signal of a control channel element belonging to the allocation candidate position of control information so as to detect the control information from the base station to the mobile station which is included in a down control channel having a plurality of control channel elements, and includes a storage unit (40) which stores the number of control channel elements including last control information, and a control unit (20) which performs control to start decoding of the signal from a control channel element belonging to the allocation candidate position of the control information corresponding to the number of control channel elements.
