PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowling structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle capable improving of cooling of an engine and windbreak performance to a rider. SOLUTION: This cowling structure includes a rider seating seat 18 arranged in the rear of and above the engine 16 suspended by a vehicle body frame 10 and an under cowl 80 for covering at least a part under the engine 16. The under cowl 80 is formed so as to cover a part of a side surface of at least the engine 16, and a guide part 81 extending by pointing to the inside in the vehicle width direction and an engine side surface, is arranged in an upper part of the under cowl 80, and an opening 82 for introducing a travel wind into the under cowl 80, is arranged in front of the guide part 81.
