PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce power consumption by supplying optimal power according to power consumption of a receiving-side load while reducing effects of noise or the like. SOLUTION: When a potential-difference detecting part 12 detects that a power supply voltage of a receiving-side load L is decreased lower than a lower-limit voltage threshold or increased higher than an upper-limit voltage threshold, a burst-interval setting part 13 sets a burst signal having a pulse width corresponding to the detection result. A burst-signal generating part 14 generates a burst signal on the basis of the setting, and excites a control primary inductor 16. A burst-signal detecting part 7 generates a pulse signal by receiving an electromotive force of a control secondary inductor 10. A pulse-width adjusting part 6 determines an increase or decrease of the voltage value of the receiving-side load L from a no-signal period of a pulse signal measured by a no-signal time period measuring part 8, and processes and outputs a signal output from an AC generating part 5 so as to change a time period or the number of times to excite a power primary inductor 9.
