PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice identification device, method, and system, for identifying the classification of a plurality of insects or animals even when the insects or animals cry. SOLUTION: This voice identification device is equipped with: a voice data acquiring section 10 for acquiring voice data from the insects or animals; a voice feature amount extraction section 30 that generates cut voice data by cutting the voice data at a predetermined time interval and extracts the voice feature amount by performing a predetermined voice analysis by multiplying the cut voice data by a predetermined window function; a classification model generation section 41 for generating a classification model for classifying the insects or animals based on the plurality of voice feature amounts using pattern recognition using a kernel function; and a classification identification section 42 for identifying the classification of the insects or animals about voice data to be identified by classifying the voice feature amounts of the voice data to be identified according to the classification model.
