PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption preparation containing tulobuterol, which is safe to the skin, exhibits high percutaneous absorption, and has long-acting pharmaceutical efficacy and excellent adhesive force, in which the tulobuterol is safely absorbed to the skin in a state in which the tulobuterol is dissolved with no percutaneous absorbent. SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorption preparation includes a medication layer containing tulobuterol and a natural rubber-based self-adhesive base agent, and a support adhered on one surface of the medication layer to support the medication layer, the natural rubber-based self-adhesive base agent includes 10-40 pts.wt. of natural rubber, 54.5-85 pts.wt. of a rosin ester resin and an acid value controller, and the medication layer has a thickness of 25-75μm.
