A preparation method of an optical fiber probe capable of irradiation in many directions according to at least one embodiment of the present invention can comprise the following steps: processing one end of an optical fiber into a predetermined shape; polishing the processed surface to make the roughness of the processed surface be a predetermined roughness; and coating the polished surface with a predetermined material.
