<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of bearing service life by preventing corrosion generated by water or foreign matter gathering at a contact portion between a radial seal lip of a bearing seal portion and an inner race component, in a bearing with flange, particularly, a bearing such as hub unit bearing, rotatably supporting an automotive axle or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A groove is formed between an axial seal lip sliding portion of the bearing seal portion and a radial seal lip sliding-contact portion of the inner ring component.
