The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the thermometer as shown in the drawings; the thermometer presents a lower section and an upper section; the lower section presents a generally flat front surface portion, a curved lower end area, generally flat side surfaces and curved surfaces between the front and side surfaces; the lower section also presents a generally flat rear surface with generally flat angled surfaces between the rear and side surfaces; the front surface of the lower section presents a generally rectangular recessed flat area therein and a split oblong raised element situated below the recessed generally rectangular area; the split oblong element presents a curved portion dividing the oblong element into two aligned portions each with stepped side surfaces; the upper section of the thermometer presents side surfaces which taper inwards from the upper edges of the lower section to a central generally circular upper area.
