<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly support anatase type titanium oxide, which serves as a photocatalyst, on a catalyst sheet and prevent it from being peeled off, and to increase the opportunity of contact of air with the photocatalyst to improve the efficiency of purification treatment by the photocatalyst. <P>SOLUTION: In a photocatalyst element (11) where the anatase type titanium oxide particle is supported, at least one flat plate-like photocatalyst sheet without undulation (S1, S3, S5) and at least one corrugated plate-like photocatalyst sheet (S2, S4, S6) where continuous undulations along one direction are formed by being bent are alternately laminated, and a flexible porous titanium foil which has a non-periodical sponge structure and on which the anatase type titanium oxide particle is supported is used as each of the photocatalyst sheets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
