PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and grain quantitative discharging apparatus easily and reliably discharging a desired amount of powder and grains stored in a powder and grain container such as a powder milk can. SOLUTION: A powder and grain guiding member 27 including: a guide plate 271 sliding powder and grains discharged from the powder and grain container obliquely downward and guiding the powder and grains to the vicinity of a powder and grain receiving port formed on the bottom plate of a powder and grain receiving member 22; and a guide plate supporting portion supporting the guide plate 271 obliquely while the guide plate 271 is floated from the upper surface of a powder and grain receiving port opening and closing member 24, is provided inside the powder and grain receiving member 22 having a bottomed cylindrical shape stored in a quantitative discharging apparatus body 21 having a cylindrical portion outwardly fitted to an opening-side end of the powder and grain container.
