Disclosed is a storage-module control device which makes it possible to control the voltage of individual storage sections so as to prevent deterioration of a storage module when a comparatively short charging/discharging cycle of the storage module is continued over a long period, or, in particular, even when large-current charging/discharging is successively repeated. The storage-module control device controls the storage module, which includes a plurality of storage sections that are connected in series. The storage-module control device acquires the respective voltages of the plurality of storage sections over a predetermined period, and controls the voltages of the plurality of storage sections in accordance with the voltages of each storage section that were acquired over the predetermined period.
