QUINAZOLINE DERIVATIVES, PREPARATION METHODS AND USES THEREOF

Provided are quinazoline derivatives of general formula (I), their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and the uses of these derivatives as inhibitors of epidermal growth factor receptor (EFGR) mutant T790M and anticancer agents. Their preparation methods, the pharmaceutical compositions and the pharmaceutical formulations containing the said quinazoline derivatives are also disclosed.
