NEGATIVE PRESSURE DUAL-BARRELS WASHER

A negative pressure dual-barrel washer comprises a shell (1) and a cover (2). A motor (10) is mounted in the middle of the base (11) in the shell (1). A bevel gear (9) is connected to the shaft of the motor (10) from above. Two shaft supports (7) are mounted at each side of the bevel gear (9) on the base (11) at each side of the motor (10). Two crank shafts (8) are mounted rotatablely on each shaft support (7). Two negative pressure washing vessels (3) are mounted on each crank shaft (8) from above by using connecting rod (5), and the washing vessels (3) move up and down alternately. Three guide bars (4) which are symmetrically arranged are connected to the base of each negative pressure washing vessel (3) from below respectively. The lower part of each guide bar (4) is slidablely inserted into corresponding guide sleeve (6) on the base (11) respectively. The inner side of each crank shaft engages with each side of the bevel gear. In the washer, two negative pressure washing vessels mounted in one shell are drove by the motor and the crank, and the two vessels move up and down alternately. Using the conversion between kinetic energy and potential energy, the strike and vibration is avoided, and the washing effect is improved. The washer is convenient, power-saving and water-saving, safe and reliable.
