PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically restoring a remote monitoring system is provided to secure the reliability of a remote monitoring system by minimizing the data loss. CONSTITUTION: A communication part(111) communicates through a center unit and a network. Information collecting part(112) collects the information about the monitoring object. A controller(113) transmits data information offered from the information collecting part through the communication unit. An automatic recovery part(120) monitors a predetermined error condition. If the predetermined error condition is detected, the automatic recovery creates an error occurrence signal.
