<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, in a writing element used in a bathroom, a special ink which additives such as an organic solvent, an adhesive are added to a bathing agent component is required since the ink is considered as a perfect liquid, and a liquid to be the ink is enclosed in a container in a manufacturing process beforehand so that a desired powdery bathing agent cannot be used, and that, as a method for writing characters on cooking, a method of dropping a liquid melted by a heater with free falling is used so that it is difficult to write delicate characters such as characters written with a general writing utensil. <P>SOLUTION: The writing element for special liquid has an external shape and an external dimension almost same as those of a somewhat thick general writing utensil.
