<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content charging device for charging on content use to a user in a virtual world to be provided in a computer network. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 30 performs access to a virtual world providing server 20 and logs into the virtual world. When the user applies the purchase of a ticket after the log-in, a ticket management server 10 issues a ticket ID, performs registration in association with a content ID and a user ID, and also generates charging data. When an avatar to be operated by the user arrives at a content distribution place in the virtual world, the virtual world providing server 20 makes inquiries about whether the user possesses the ticket of the content being distributed at the place or not to the ticket management server 10.
