PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device or the like, performing both FAX transmission and e-mail transmission, or at least either of the FAX transmission and printing without being provided with software dedicated to a PC. SOLUTION: This image formation device is equipped with: a reception means 11 to receive, from an apparatus 200, inputting image data and an output condition of the inputting image data for designating two or more outputting means 16; an image data storage means 15 to store the inputting image data; a format conversion means 14 to convert the format of the inputting image data on an output means basis to cause the image data storage means 15 to store outputting image data; and an output control means 12 to refer to the output condition to cause at least two of a print means 21, a facsimile transmission means 22 and an e-mail transmission means 23 to output the outputting image data.
