<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an amount of a transfer liquid, and to provide compact constitution free from constraint concerned in an installation place, in an infusion pump disclosed in the present invention. <P>SOLUTION: One embodiment in this infusion pump module disclosed herein is an infusion pump module for transferring the liquid, and includes a liquid flow-in part provided with a flow-in port for the liquid, a liquid flow-out part provided with a flow-out port for the liquid, a pump part provided with a piezoelectric element, and a flow sensor part for measuring a flow rate of the liquid flowing through the infusion pump module, the liquid flow-in part, the liquid flow-out part, the pump part and the flow sensor part are connected to make the liquid flowing in from the liquid flow-in part flow out through the liquid flow-out part, and the liquid flow-in part, the liquid flow-out part, the pump part and the flow sensor part are connected to form one flow passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
