<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal capable of effectively utilizing a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal includes: a first casing provided with a main display 21 and a transparent sub display 22; a second casing; a hinge part for connecting one end part of the first casing and the other end part of the second casing; and a detection part 33 for detecting the open state and closed state of the first casing and the second casing. Further, the portable terminal includes a control part for executing control so as to display additional information on the transparent sub display 22 in a first direction when the open state is detected by the detection part 33 and executing control so as to display the additional information on the transparent sub display 22 in a second direction being the inverted direction of the first direction when the closed state is detected by the detection part 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
