NODE, PACKET TRANSFER METHOD, AND PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a switching time to an inter-domain link in a network or an alternate path when a failure occurs in a boundary node.

SOLUTION: Each node 10 in the network advertises the best bus and the second best bus about one destination prefix by an add-path or the like when advertizing the path information of a BGP. Then, a node 10 receiving the path information stores the best bus and the second best bus in BGP information, and determines a transfer destination of a packet on the basis of the BGP information. In the case of receiving the packet, he node 10 adds a flag showing that the second best bus is selected for the packet and transfers the packet when the best bus to the destination prefix of the packet is disconnected by a failure.
