<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system, along with an information communication method, node device and program, capable of allowing the node device to acquire data. <P>SOLUTION: The information communication system is provided for transmitting and receiving data between a plurality of nodes through a network. Even when a distribution delay of data preserved beforehand in a peer-to-peer type information communication system occurs, the information communication system determines the distribution load of the system and stopping the acquisition of data for a fixed period of time when determining that the distribution load is larger than a predetermined value, thereby a delay in data distribution is dissolved effectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
