PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an operation management work of an EDI system with respect to change of an operation place of a user system. SOLUTION: A logical address and a physical address of a receiver system 2 is informed from the receiver system 2 to a translation agent server 3 as a system message 39, when the operation place of the receiver system 2 is moved. The translation agent server 3 confirms the logical address and the physical address of the receiver system 2 in a user address information part 24, when it receives the system message 39.
