PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in the case of a binocular lens used for the conventional stereoscopic image display device with a stereoscopic viewer or electronic equipment, a distance between right and left eyes is different according to a user, so that a means for adjusting a distance between right and left lenses is required, which makes it difficult to thin the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: By shifting a center of an optical axis of each of right and left lenses of the binocular lens to the outside from a center position of the lens, it is possible to separate right and left images without a lens frame, and also it is unnecessary to adjust a distance between the lenses, whereby the thin binocular lens and the electronic equipment with a 3D display function which is thin and excellent in portability are obtained.
