POLICY CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR LOCAL ACCESS OF MOBILE USER

A policy control method for local access of a mobile user is disclosed in the present invention, and includes: a policy decision entity in a mobile network makes a policy for IP Connection Access Network (IP-CAN) session, and respectively transmits the made policy to a policy execution entity in the mobile network and a policy decision entity in a fixed network; the policy decision entity in the fixed network transmits the received policy to a policy execution entity in the fixed network; the policy execution entity in the mobile network and the policy execution entity in the fixed network install and perform the received policy. A policy control system for local access of a mobile user is also disclosed in the present invention. The method and system of the present invention realize the dynamic Quality of Service (QoS) control for the data stream flow of the mobile user local IP access.
