PURPOSE: A photographing device is provided to obtain an exact sensor gain by one time performance not by repetitive performance. CONSTITUTION: An imaging unit(410) photographs a target according to a control of a control unit(430). A storage unit(420) stores a photographing data of the photographing unit. The storage unit stores software such as OS(Operating System) necessary for operation of an image device. A control unit controls an overall operation of the photographing device. The control unit controls average brightness of an input image of next frame to be near to a target brightness value.
