PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector structure restraining change of cross-section impedance in a signal transmission path. SOLUTION: The connector structure 100 is provided with a flat first connector member 20 including ground layers 24a, 24b and an insulation layer 21, with a signal transmission path formed on a surface of the insulation layer 21, and a second connector member 10 including a contact pin 12S coming in contact with an end part 22S of the signal transmission path on a surface of the first connector member 20SL. A width of the end part 22S of the signal transmission path is different from that of the other part 23S of the signal transmission path, a distance between its signal transmission path and the ground layers 24a, 24b in a thickness direction of the first connector member 20SL gets larger as a width of the signal transmission path gets larger.
