PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a lighting apparatus of a combination type endowed with strength to endure a combination of many modules and electrical connection stability, in which power consumption and heat generating volume are little and light emitting modules can be combined without taking their directions into consideration. SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus has a combined plurality of light emitting modules of a square column type with an upper surface formed in a regular polygon shape such as a regular tetragon shape and a bottom surface of the same shape as that of the upper surface. The light emitting module as a combination unit has a panel formed of a translucent base material which forms each of side faces, and in an inner face side of a frame on which a panel is fitted, there are arranged a plurality of light emitting bodies of a low power consumption such as light emitting diodes. At each of connection parts, there is provided a power supply portion composed of contacts arranged in an order of positive/negative/positive or negative/positive/negative of power supply polarities in an equidistance.
