PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration of a fluid pressure device by constituting the fluid pressure device to secure good responsiveness of the fluid pressure device and to be compact without deteriorating efficiency of the fluid pressure device. SOLUTION: A control gain G used for controlling the fluid pressure device 41 is set at a small value when the fluid pressure device 41 is vibrating and at a large value when the fluid pressure device 41 is not vibrating. The control gain G is set according to the amplitude of the vibration to decrease as the amplitude increases. Thus, when the vibration has not been generated, the control gain G is increased to secure excellent responsiveness, whereas when the vibration has been generated, the control gain G is reduced to suppress the vibration. With a constitution changing the control gain, a control device 40 can be achieved compactly without deteriorating the efficiency of the fluid pressure device.
