PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform heating in a cabin, by easily and economically performing an efficient temperature rise at a low temperature. SOLUTION: This heat pump type air-conditioning system 10 for a vehicle includes a heat pump circulating passage 18 for circulating a cooling medium via a compressor 16. The heat pump circulating passage 18 is provided with a condenser 20 for exchanging heat between the cooling medium and outside air, an expansion valve 22 for decompressing the cooling medium sent from the condenser 20, a first evaporator 24 for exchanging heat between the cooling medium and air-conditioning air, a first heater 26 for exchanging heat between the cooling medium and the air-conditioning air, a second evaporator 30 for exchanging heat between a heating medium discharged from the cabin 14 and the cooling medium, and a second heater 42 arranged in the heat pump circulating passage 18 and heating the cooling medium by energy supplied from a power source 44.
