When communication is performed on communication equipment that is connected to a communication control system to which a mobile communication terminal is connected, and is included in a private network, the communication is performed with reduced traffic. A communication control system 2 includes: a communication request transfer portion 21, which can connect to a mobile communication network N1 and a private network N2, and transfers a communication path creation request transmitted from a mobile communication terminal to create a communication path specifying a device to become a transfer destination included in the mobile communication network N1; an information transmission request reception portion 22, which receives from the mobile communication terminal 10 an information transmission request, including an address of a transmission destination included in the private network N2 and transfer destination designation information designating a transfer destination included in the mobile communication network N1; a transfer destination changing portion 23, which changes the transfer destination designation information to the device to become the transfer destination included in the private network N2; and an information transmission request transmission portion 26, which transmits the information transmission request to the changed transfer destination.
