An automated infusion dispensing device and an automated infusion dispensing method thereof are used for automatically sucking up liquid in the ampoule or medication powder or water agent in a powder bottle to mix with mother solution in a mother solution container to form required liquid medication in transfusion. The automated infusion dispensing device includes an openable closed chamber (10) in which a sterilizing unit (20), an ampoule transmitting unit (60), an ampoule scanning unit (70), a control unit (40), an ampoule opening unit (80), a powder bottle transmitting unit (101), a mother solution locating unit (30) and a suction unit (50) are mounted.
