The base member is supported and secured at the body by a resilient support bearing (6) for providing relative movement between the body and the base member. The support bearing is formed by a locking pin that is fixed at the body, and locking retainers (8) are form-fittingly accommodated with a retention hole (8a) and designed as elastomer blocks.
