PERMANENT MAGNET GENERATOR DIRECTLY DRIVEN BY WIND WHEEL

A permanent magnet generator directly driven by a wind wheel comprises a stator (4), a fixed stator shaft (1) and a rotor (3) around the stator (4) and movably connected with the fixed stator shaft (1). Permanent magnets (33) opposite to a stator core (41) are stuck on an inner lateral surface of the rotor (3). A certain included angle a is formed between a center line of each wire inserting slot (411) of the stator core (41) and a center line of the fixed stator shaft (1). The permanent magnets (33) stuck on the inner lateral surface of the rotor (3) are magnetic shoes. Each magnetic shoe and the inner lateral surface of the rotor (3) are of the same radian. A certain distance d is kept between adjacent said magnetic shoes. Conductors in each wire inserting slot (411) of the stator core (41) and magnetic lines of force of the rotor permanent magnets (33) are changed from vertical cutting to non-vertical cutting in the generator. Therefore a magnetic resisting moment is reduced, thus the rotating resisting moment of the wind wheel is reduced. A range of an effective working wind speed is expanded. The rotor permanent magnets (33) of the generator are provided with a regular magnetic circuit and a high magnetic density. Thus, efficiency of the wind-driven power generating device can be effectively improved, and electricity generated is increased.
