PURPOSE: A method for producing one-dimensional selenium nanostructure based on nanoparticles generated from shewanella sp. microorganism in a polar organic solvent is provided to efficiently synthesize the one-dimensional selenium nanostructure by adding amorphous selenium nanoparticles and the shewanella sp. Microorganism in the polar organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: Amorphous selenium nanoparticles and the shewanella sp. microorganism are reacted with a polar organic solvent. One-dimensional selenium nanostructure is obtained. The selenium nanoparticles are obtained by cultivating shewanella sp. Microorganism in a culturing medium containing selenite under an anaerobic condition. The polar organic solvent is acetone or dimethyl sulfoxide. The nanostructure is obtained through the dissolution-recrystallization process of the selenium nanoparticles. The nanostructure is hexagonal nanostructure, polypod, nanoneedle, nanowire, or nanoribbon. |
