PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control bush with an inter-ring having superior handling workability by including inter-ring integrated type advantages, requiring no cavity part to be provided on a part of a circumference of an elastic body and causing no complication of a metallic mold structure and no considerable lowering of a static spring constant in the cavity direction. SOLUTION: This vibration control bush is constituted by applying pre-compression to the elastic body by interposing the elastic body between an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder in a state of the inter-ring arranged between both the cylinders and performing drawing for the outer cylinder. The inter-ring includes a deformed part on a part on the circumference deformed by receiving drawing load of the drawing. The deformed part is provided at only an axial direction end part of the inter-ring projecting from an axial direction end face of the elastic body. In the elastic body, both of a portion interposed between the outer cylinder and the inter-ring and a portion interposed between the inter-ring and the inner cylinder are molded into endless annular bodies on the circumference.
