PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate alarm data by associating their mutual alarms with each other concerning a power generation plant, and to support the estimation of the generated alarm or the determination of countermeasures by referring to the accumulated alarm data. SOLUTION: This alarm processor 6 is configured to receive a detection signal relating to at least either the process value or equipment state information of a power generation plant from a detector 3, and to generate an alarm signal based on the detection signal. When an alarm is generated, the alarm, factor alarm and result alarm until the alarm is disconnected in a prescribed time or more are stored as a series of alarm signals under the consideration of causality so that it is possible to achieve following detail retrieval.
