PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system wherein a base station device (first communication equipment) performs reception processing in accordance with the movement of a mobile station device when the base station device receives a signal from the mobile station device or a relay station device (second communication equipment). SOLUTION: The communication system 10 including a first communication equipment 100 and a second communication equipment 200 which performs wireless communication with the first communication equipment 100 is further provided with a mobility information acquisition unit which acquires the mobility information indicating the mobility of the second communication equipment 200, a control unit which determines whether transmission of a known signal to the second communication equipment 200 is requested or not based on the mobility information, a base station transmission unit which transmits a request, a mobile station reception unit which receives the transmitted request, a mobile station transmission unit which transmits the known signal based on the request, and a base station reception unit which receives the known signal.
