PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation monitoring device allowing an operator to easily reach a target operation picture. SOLUTION: On the basis of data defining each of the information elements of a plant being a display object on each operation picture, a retrieval means retrieves the operation picture on which each information element is defined as the display object. A list display means displays list information showing the operation picture extracted by retrieval by the retrieval means.
