PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a curl of a laminate film which is caused by setting shrinkage thereof. SOLUTION: A support film 22 having an ultraviolet curable film 28 is introduced into an irradiator 33. An ultraviolet lamp 41 is lit to set an ultraviolet exposure area UV on the support film 22. The ultraviolet exposed area UV is divided by masking plates 45a-45c into exposure areas UVy1-UVy4 and non-exposure areas UVx1-UVx3 which are alternately arranged toward the transport direction. In a first exposure area UVy1, polymerization reaction of an ultraviolet curing agent is started on the ultraviolet curable film 28. In a first non-exposure area UVx1, the polymerization reaction of the ultraviolet curing agent is stopped, and a relaxation process is performed.
