PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator-freezer capable of reducing an unfilled portion by improving fluidity of an urethane resin while reducing usage of hard polyurethane foam, and improving heat insulating performance. SOLUTION: In this refrigerator-freezer having a housing provided with a vacuum heat insulating material between an outer box and an inner box and filled with the hard polyurethane foam, a thickness of the vacuum heat insulating material is thin at a back face of the housing in comparison with that of a side face. The thickness of the vacuum heat insulating material of the side face is thicker than that of the back face of the housing within a range of 10-30%. The density of the hard polyurethane foam kept into contact with, at least, the vacuum heat insulating material of the side face of the housing is 30-35 kg/m<SP>3</SP>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
