PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce design manhours and production manhours, even when a shape of a mounting space and a storage vessel body is different. SOLUTION: An adjusting mechanism for adjusting a rotational locus is included in a pair of rotation adjusting units fixed to both ends of the storage vessel body, and since an opening is opened-closed by relatively rotating a lid to the storage vessel body via the adjusting mechanism by fixing the lid to part of the adjusting mechanism, the rotation adjusting units can be used in common even when the size of the storage vessel body and the lid is varied.
