PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe thickness measuring device capable of detecting the steepness of a thickness. SOLUTION: The pipe thickness measuring device includes: a matrix file means 3 for storing thickness data as matrix element data making a pipe circumferential direction associated with a column direction and a pipe axial direction to a row direction; a column register means 4 for storing the matrix element data as a predetermined consecutive reference range, a skip range, and a comparison range data in an ascending order of row numbers first and column numbers second; and/or a row register means 6 for storing the matrix element data as the predetermined consecutive reference range, the skip range, and the comparison range data in the ascending order of the column numbers first and the row numbers second; and the steepness of thickness evaluation means 5 and/or 7 for calculating the steepness of thickness in the pipe circumferential direction and/or the pipe axial direction from the reference range and the comparison range data, and comparing with a predetermined threshold.
