PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable mechanism capable of holding a movable portion at any optional angle relative to a body, and to provide an electronic apparatus including the movable mechanism. SOLUTION: A movable mechanism includes: a movable portion rotation axis fixed to a movable portion and rotatably supported to a body; a first gear rotating according to rotation of the movable portion rotation axis; a holding portion rotatably holding a second gear and a third gear that are engaged with each other, turnably supported to a holding portion rotation axis supported to the body, and arranged so that at least one of the second gear and the third gear is engaged with the first gear; a turning restriction portion allowing the second gear to rotate in a first direction and restricting the second gear to rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction; and a turning resistance application portion applying turning resistance when the holding portion is turned.
