An engine lubrication device configured so that the amount of lubrication oil is reduced by the use of needle bearings and that the shortage of oil supply does not occur in a piston sliding section. In addition to bearing oil supply paths (21) for supplying oil to journal bearings (3) which are disposed on the upstream side and also to a bearing (6) which is mounted to the large end of a connecting rod and is located on the downstream side, an engine lubrication device is provided with an oil supply path (33) for supplying oil to a piston sliding section (14) and to a bearing (8) mounted to the small end of the connecting rod. Needle bearings (40, 41) are used respectively as the journal bearings (3) and as the bearing (6) which is mounted to the large end of the connecting rod, and the diameter of oil holes (48) in the needle bearings (40) on the upstream side is reduced. The configuration limits the amount of supply of oil to the needle bearings (40, 41).
