The temperature element (3) has an electrical resistance heating element (4) integrated in a high-heat conducting cooling body (5) i.e. aluminum-cooling body. The body and the heating element are insulated by a housing of the temperature element, where cooling of the body takes place by a fluid-like cooling medium e.g. water. The body is attached to the heating element based on constructional circumstances of the temperature element that is positioned under a surface area of a cavity (1). A controller of the temperature element is coupled to an injection molding machine controller.
