Disclosed is a fluid-mixing apparatus provided with: a main flow channel formed from a first flow channel (2) and a second flow channel (4); a plurality of spiral flow channels (5, 6) which are formed around the second flow channel (4) so as to be substantially concentric to the second flow channel (4), are positioned offset to each other in a circumferential direction, and are connected to the first flow channel (2) at one end; a plurality of branched flow channels (7a-7j) which branch out from a plurality of locations in the flow direction of the second flow channel (4), and which are connected to the plurality spiral flow channels (5, 6) in a plurality of locations in the flow direction of the spiral flow channels (5, 6); a fluid inlet section (1) which is provided at the end of the first flow channel (2) or the second flow channel (4); and a fluid outlet section (3) which is provided at the other end of either the first flow channel (2) or the second flow channel (4).
