LIVESTOCK WASTEWATER TREATMENT APPARATUS AND TREATMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: A livestock wastewater processing apparatus and a method for the same are provided to suppress the supplement of additional water by recycling processing water without solid materials as diluting water. CONSTITUTION: A receiving tank(1) collects raw livestock wastewater. A controlling tank(2) dilutes the raw livestock wastewater with diluting water. A coagulation floating tank(3) slowly stirring the diluted wastewater and floats floating materials based on a coagulating agent and oxygen aeration. Wastewater in a solid-liquid state is obtained. A solid material is separated from the wastewater to obtain separated liquid in a dehydrator(4). An alkalization tank(5) forms alkaline wastewater by contacting the separated liquid with sodium hydroxide. An oxidization tank(6) forms acidic wastewater by contacting the alkaline wastewater with peroxide and sulfuric acid. A neutralization tank(7) neutralizes the acidic wastewater by contacting the acidic wastewater with the sodium hydroxide.
